My favorite food is DAKKALBI. It is very delicious. I eat DAKGALBI
once a week. I think I am addicted DAKGALBI. My friend So-yeon also like DAKGALBI.
So we go to DAKGALBI restaurant together. There are many DAKGALBI restaurants
in front of CHOUNBUK University. GOGIO, GOSOO, DAKJO, DAKTER ect. Our favorite
restaurant is GOGIO. GOGIO is a famous restaurant. We have many noodle coupons.
So, we always order two portion of dakgalbi which doesn’t have bone and cheese
and noodle. When eat dakgalbi with cheese, the dakgalbi is more delicious. Salad
as well as dakgalbi is also very good. Its taste is amazing. There are various
ingredients in the dakgalbi. Cabbage, sweet potato, bar rice cake ect. The
source is unique taste. When the clerk fry the dakgalbi, the skill is amazing.
After eating dakgalbi, we can also eat fried rice. It is more delicious. In fact, the reason that I like dakgalbi is to eat fried rice. I want to eat it everyday. But, Dakgalbi is so expensive to us. After eating, we always are full. Dakgalbi interrupts my diet. Nevertheless I don’t give up eating dakgalbi.
Chuncheon dakgalbi is the most famous. People who hear dakgalbi
think chuncheon dakgalbi first. Chuncheon dakgalbi was developed in
1960 as a replacement dish. It was cheap and people ate one’s fill. Soldier who comes furlough
and students enjoy eating dakgalbi. It was the galbi to students and soldiers. So
it’s name became DAKGALBI. Dakgalbi is remembered delicate flavor and plentiful
food by people who have schooldays in Chuncheon. In Chuncheon, makguksu as well
as dakgalbi is also famous. Dakgalbi and Makguksu festival is held in Chuncheon.
The festival is held annually in August.
Dakgalbi is still famous to us. I think even though I eat the
dakgalbi everyday I never be fed up. I recommend dakgalbi as the best food.
Hi Yejin. I like Dakgalbi, too. The restaurant which is introduced by your post will become my regular haunt in the lunch time because of the movie about Dakgalbi which looks like very delicious.
답글삭제I also sympathize that Dakgalbi interrupts my diet because we are always full as you mentioned. But if I start to eat Dakgalbi, I won't want to stop eating.

Hi yejin~ Yes. I think you are addicted to Dakgalbi too. But your posting make me addicted to Dakgalbi.. But Dakgalbi will be an obstacle to do diet. So you need to moderate quentities of eating Dakgalbi. But while I wrote this, I cannot bear this appetite. I'll eat Dakgalbi in evening of Monday. Have a good day~
답글삭제Hello Yejin~ I agree with you..! I like Dakgalbi,too. There are many Dakalbi restaurant in Chonbuk University, but i like best Gogio Dakalbi. Its dishes suit my taste! And this restaurant gives us coupon in every time i go.^^ I want to eat Dakgalbi for a late-night meal..

I love dakgalbi, too! When I first came to Korea I thought it was strange but delicious. ^^ I also thought it was too spicy for me, but over the last 2 years I got used to the flavor. You are right, it is best with cheese!
